1. Course Refunds

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content. To request a refund, contact us at support@nsima.tech with your order details.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • Less than 25% of the course content must have been accessed or completed
  • The refund request must include the reason for dissatisfaction
  • The course must not have been previously refunded

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
  • Courses purchased on promotional or discounted pricing (unless otherwise stated)
  • Bundle packages after any individual course has been started
  • Certification exam fees
  • One-on-one mentoring sessions that have been conducted

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
  • Your access to the course will be revoked upon refund

5. Exceptional Circumstances

6. Course Cancellations

If Nsima Tech cancels a course for any reason, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course of equal value.

7. Discovery Calls

Our discovery calls are offered free of charge and therefore are not subject to this refund policy.
